Fully automatic liquid-liquid extractor

1 Purpose: Used for liquid-liquid extraction of volatile phenols, anionic surfactants, oil content, and other items in laboratory water quality monitoring.

2 Technical requirements: The fully automatic liquid-liquid extractor should include the following systems: automatic sampling system, automatic extraction system, automatic waste disposal system, and automatic cleaning system.

2.1 *Automatic sampling system: One click automatic sampling, sample sampling range 0~1000mL;

2.2 Automatic Extraction System

2.2.1*Adopting airflow disturbance extraction method; There is no need for manual gas release during the extraction process, and the exhaust gas can be odorless and odorless by adsorption through the VOCs volatile organic toxic gas purification device;

2.2.2 The extraction time can be flexibly set within the range of 1 to 9999s;

2.2.3 One click extraction oscillation, automatic settling and layering;

2.3 *Automatic waste discharge system: One click automatic waste discharge, waste liquid is directly injected into the waste liquid tank, fully sealed, and there is no process of waste liquid being exposed to the air, ensuring the safety of operators.

2.4 *Automatic cleaning system: An automatic cleaning system should be provided, which can automatically inject ultrapure water (clean water) into the extractor. When injecting ultrapure water, wide-angle spraying should be supported, and synchronous blowing and stirring can be carried out during cleaning. After cleaning, it will be automatically discharged;

2.5 Other requirements: Each extraction channel is completely independent; Single sample single control or simultaneous processing of multiple samples;
